AlDente overview

AlDente allows you to limit your MacBook from charging above a certain percentage. This will not only decrease Battery wear but also increase longevity of your Battery.

Features:

Charge Limiter allows you to set your maximum charging percentage between 20 and 100 percent. You can either set it by using the slide bar or by typing in the desired percentage in the field above and pressing enter afterwards.
Discharge - This feature allows your MacBook to run completely on Battery even if it is plugged in. Therefore, you can actively discharge your MacBook to a more healthy percentage. Unfortunately, while Discharge is activated, clamshell mode is not supported due to technical limitations.

Added a new setting to modify the appearance mode to system/light/dark.
Added a new "Yearly" interval for scheduled tasks.
Added a button to clear the scheduled tasks history.
Added time unit translations.
Added a timer for Calibration Mode again.
Moved the "Menubar Right Click" setting to Appearance > Menubar.
Increased the maximum temperature for Heat Protection.
Redesigned the scheduled tasks history view and improved the readability.
Fixed an issue where scheduled tasks do not interrupt the Calibration Mode automatically.
Fixed different maximum capacity values in the popover and the dashboard.
Fixed the Low Power Mode tint when the battery percentage is lower than 20%.
Fixed "iOS Native" menubar icon style to avoid blurriness.
Fixed a bug with a spinning wheel inside the Quit button.

After installing the AIDente app, my new laptop’s performance has significantly deteriorated. The battery now drains completely within 3-4 hours, whereas it used to last up to 18 hours before the installation. I don’t see any option on your website to return and feel stuck with this issue.

Love all of the features and how clear everything is for the user. However, it'd be nice if there was more customizability in the popover bar in terms of the amount of different things you can configure. It'd also be nice if there were widgets, maybe taking things from the dashboard and making them able to be turned into widgets on the desktop.

Hello Can someone help with this? How do I buy the Pro Lifetime Version? I click on Buy Now, and it asks me to read and check the boxes for all the terms and conditions, which I did, and then it sends me back to the same page with all the buying options. It's a constant loop and won't let me buy it. There is no contact or email support (which is concerning) and that's why I'm here. Any help is appreciated. Thank you
